- CATALOGUE NO., SIZE AND QUANTITY
- MAKE and CLASS NO. of SEWING MACHINE
- SHIPPING INFO and HOW SHIPMENT SHOULD BE MADE
- SUBMIT SUFFICIENT BINDING and MATERIAL for TESTING, and FINISHED SAMPLE for REFERENCE


Payment Terms:

- All quoted prices are in Canadian Dollars and F.O.B. our location. Prices are subject to change without notice.

- To establish credit with us, please submit name and address of your Bank and at least two commercial references.

- For non-credit sales, a 50% deposit is required upon ordering, with the balance C.O.D.
